My Latest Instrument Addition!

This is the Akai EWI 4000s instrument. EWI stands for Electronic Wind Instrument. I can play it like a trumpet, which I studied as a young man.

The EWI connects to a synthesizer which can produce hundreds of sounds, including realistic saxophone, clarinet, trumpet and other band instruments.

The EWI is a wonderful addition to my show, which already included guitar, harmonica and piano to accompany my singing. Now I can play four instruments during each performance!
